And they enjoyed dressing up for the day back at PELC!

- I am the owner and director of Palouse Early Learning Center! PELC was opened in March of 2007. I had a small home preschool before that and we moved over to our new big school in February of 2007. I opened my doors for new students in March and have been very pleased with the progress since that time in just under 2 years :-)
